Kids Closet make sure that all our gently worn clothes meet our customers highest expectations by individually hand-picking them ourselves, they are in excellent condition, free of any flaws, rips, stains or excessive wear, unless otherwise stated.

 

 

Countries Kids Closet DOES NOT send orders to-

 

Belarus, Burma/Myanmar, Democratic Republic of Yugoslavia & Serbia, International Criminal Tribunal for The Former Yugoslavia, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Lebanon and Syria, Liberia, North Korea (Democratic People's Repubilc of Korea), Republic of Guinea, Somalia, Sudan, Zimbabwe, Libya, Cuba and Balkans

 

 

Delivery methods

 

UK postage and packing will be charged at £2.50 per order and will be sent by Royal Mail second class post and will be received in approximately 3-5 working days.  Orders over £42 will be sent 'recorded delivery/signed for'.  Overseas orders are priced on the weight of the item and all costings will be shown in the shopping basket.  Any queries regarding delivery/costs, please contact via email sales@kidscloset.co.uk or by telephoning Kids Closet on +44 (0)77927 3881 any day between 8am-8pm.  If an order is required urgently please contact Kids Closet and arrangements can be made.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

 

An order can be cancelled by either emailing sales@kidscloset.co.uk or telephoning +44 (0)7792738851 within 12 hours of order being received.  In the event of the order already being despatched then it will be the purchasers responsibility and cost to return the goods for a refund.

 

 

Our Policy on returned goods

 

The following conditions are not intended to affect or jeopardise your statutory rights.

Any unsuitable goods must be returned unworn, unwashed and unmarked with the original swing ticket still in place unless found faulty within 14 days (overseas 21 days) of the invoice date. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the garment/s reach us safely. It is also the customers responsibility to pay for the goods to be returned unless returning a faulty item.  If the items are returned to us in the time scale stipulated and in the same condition as they were originally sent, a full refund will be issued without delay.   If the order was originally made from outside of the UK and Europe please take care to fill in posting documentation details correctly. Goods to the UK may incur duty charges if you fail to make it clear that the package is a "return" to the UK and not an import. In the event of documentation being completed incorrectly and tax or duty subsequently being charged to Kids Closet, the sum involved will be deducted from your final refund.

 

 

Goods Returned within the UK

 

For goods returned after the 14th working days policy please note the following:
Goods must be returned in the condition as stated above
Goods returned 14 to 28 days will incur a 30% relisting/handling charge.
Goods returned later than 28 days will NOT be refunded.

 

Goods Returned outside of the UK

 

For goods returned after the 21st working days policy please note the following:
Goods must be returned in the condition as stated above
Goods returned after 21 days will incur a 30% relisting/handling charge.
Goods returned later than 28 days will NOT be refunded.

 

Please be aware that the above policy is for our protection only.  If you do experience any problems at all do make contact with us as soon as possible. Your custom is valued and we are here to help.

 

Kids Closet is not responsible for packages lost in the post, so if you do not wish to take the risk please ask to pay the extra cost for insurance, (costings will be given on request).

 

We reserve the right to make changes to the information in this Internet site, or to the services described therein without notice.
