Closet make sure that all our gently worn clothes meet our customers highest expectations
by individually hand-picking them ourselves, they are in excellent condition,
free of any flaws, rips, stains or excessive wear, unless otherwise stated.
Our
Policy on returned goods
The following conditions are not intended to
affect or jeopardise your statutory rights.
A customer has the right to cancel their order in writing by email within 7 working
days from the date they receive their order. If for any reason you decide to cancel
your order, the goods must be returned unworn, unwashed and unmarked with the
original ticket still in place unless found faulty. It is the customer's responsibility
to make sure the garment/s reach us safely. It is also the customers responsibility
to pay for the goods to be returned unless returning a faulty item. If the items
are returned to us in the time scale stipulated and in the same condition as they
were originally sent, a full refund will be issued without delay. If the items
are returned with marks or faults of any kind other than those mentioned in the
garment description, the goods will be returned to you at your cost (unless faulty).
If the order was originally made from outside of the UK and Europe please take
care to fill in posting documentation details correctly. Goods to the UK may incur
duty charges if you fail to make it clear that the package is a "return" to the
UK and not an import. In the event of documentation being completed incorrectly
and tax or duty subsequently being charged to Kids Closet, the sum involved will
be deducted from your final refund.

Returned within the UK
For
goods returned after the 7th working days policy please note the following:
Goods must be returned in the condition as stated above
Goods returned 8 to
14 days will incur a 20% relisting/handling charge.
Goods returned 15 to
28 days will incur a 50% relisting/handling charge.
Goods returned later
than 28 days will NOT be refunded.
Goods Returned outside of
the UK
For
goods returned after the 7th working days policy please note the following:
Goods must be returned in the condition as stated above
Goods returned after
14 days will incur a 20% relisting/handling charge.
Goods returned after
21 days will incur a 50% relisting/handling charge.
Goods returned later
than 28 days will NOT be refunded.
Please be aware that the above policy
is for our protection only. If you do experience any problems at all do make contact
with us as soon as possible. Your custom is valued and we are here to help.
Kids
Closet is not responsible for packages lost in the post, so if you do not wish
to take the risk please ask to pay the extra cost for insurance,
(costings will be given on request).
We
reserve the right to make changes to the information in this Internet site, or
to the services described therein without notice.
The
information and material provided in this Internet site does not constitute an
offer to sell or the solicitation of an offer to buy, any securities and must
not be relied upon in connection with any information decision.
We
are members of the UK Online Stores Association whom maintain a list of customers
whom have defaulted on payment and who order but never respond. If for any reason
you wish to know whether you are on this list, then please e-mail us at defaulters@kidscloset.co.uk
for details. Please note that the list is subject to the Data Protection Act and
a fee may be payable upon request. We will let you know whether your name appears
on the list.
