Can you sell my children's outgrown clothes for me from your shop?
Unfortunately we do not operate an agency business, however we may be interested in buying your items outright as long as they are designer/namebrand labels in impeccable condition, it doesn't matter what season or age they are, so if you live in the Birmingham area just get in contact with us to arrange a mutually convenient time and place.

Can I reserve an outfit?
Yes, normally we will hold it for up to 48 hours, marking it as 'RESERVED' on the site.

What does RRP mean?
This was the original 'recommended retail price' of the garment for sale, the lower price is the current asking price.

How can I feel confident that the item will fit my child?
Do not hesitate to ask for measurements for any item(s).

How much will it cost me to have the goods shipped?
Items are generally shipped out first class or by standard parcels via the Post Office and it all depends on the weight of the parcel, once an order/enquiry is received, on request, shipping costs can be given. We try to keep postage costs to a minimum, no charge is made for packaging.

Do you charge a surcharge when payment is made via credit card like other online stores?
No.
