Hi
I'm Caroline Mckain and I started my new and gently worn Children's designer wear
business back in 1993. I have two girls Charlotte and Annabel, both keen showjumpers
whom have their own website www.jumpoff.co.uk and husband Andrew whom I couldn't
of done without the help of in building the business.
My business
literally started by selling the clothes my children had grown out of at a local
school fete and has since progressed from there.
In 2001 the Kids Closet website was launched on the back of the fact that a lot
of my local customers had moved away from the area over the years, but still wanted
to buy from me. Kids Closet now sells it's wears in many countries worldwide including
every corner of the UK, Europe, Japan, Austalia, New Zealnd, Scandanavia, North
America, Canada, Eastern Europe, South Africa and Asia. We sell to a small number
of self employed entrepeneurs whom resell our goods on ebay, which just goes to
show how cheap we sell them for.
In
2002 Shoes and Accessories were added to the widening list of goods sold through
Kids Closet and in 2008 Christening Wear and Swimwear were added, which are both
proving extremely popular.
In
2007, Kids Closet moved from Streetly, Sutton Coldfield to Powick, Worcestershire,
expanding in the process.
Kids Closet is currently made up of 85% brand new accompanied by 15% gently worn,
of
which these are individually
hand-picked to the highest quality, free from any flaws, rips, stains, or excessive
wear, we have a fine reputation and intend too keep it that way. The
Kids Closet policy is simple, treat your customers exactly how you would wish
to be treated, fairly and squarley, all goods for sale are offered at 50% or below
of the recommended retail price as you will have no doubt seen. The website has
a good turnover and is therefore updated regularly. Kids Closet has a 100% positive
